Khách sạn Villa Belén

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Very nice staff"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything was nice overall. I would recommend it and would consider staying here again!"

"Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water."

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times"

"The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. Obviously we weren’t happy but instead of trying to solve they escalated the situation by telling us they could not do anything to accommodate the reservation seeing as though the room they gave us only had one bed. "We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!"

"Loved it"

"The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel."

"Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool."

"Super clean Helpful Very good Wish breakfast - at least continental- was included Great location. quite noisy at night"
