"I reserved this hotel trusting the reviews on Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel and go into the room the carpet smells humid and old and it’s extremely dirty so were the bed sheets and the bathroom was full of hair and the towels had hair on them from previous people ! Thankfully I had brought my own towel and I tried to see what bed sheet was the cleanest to be able to sleep it was horrible the next day I asked the front desk for clean towels and clean bed sheets and I explained what happened and the guy didn’t even apologize! I also let him know that the shower was getting wet every where and he said it was normal for water to get out of the shower. He was not polite at all ! I asked to switch rooms and he said there were none available ! I called Expedia and they thought that by giving me $75 dollars was going to fix the horrible experience I had at that hotel ! I would never recommend it to anyone ! The second night we couldn’t find parking because it seemed like the hotel was completely booked and people couldn’t find parking anywhere. We got called like at 7am that were we had parked the car wasnt acceptable and that we had to move the car but no instructions were given to were we had to park."
