"Fantastic lakefront vista, great service, extremely clean room. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the small indoor pool. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Puerto Varas."

"The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "
