"Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en Cariblue Considero que el servicio al cliente debe mejorar, en las dos visitas este a sido el inconveniente, la primera mes pedimos si nos podían hacer una bebida con una modificación y tajantemente dijeron que no, la segunda ocasión nos dieron la habitación 44 a pesar de que mi mamá era adulta mayor y quien tuvo una fractura recientemente, esta habitación era la más distante al lobby y nos dijeron que no se podía cambiar x ser hecha la reservación x Expedia a pesar de tener otras habitaciones disponibles. Tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro hotel, más amigable."
