"The room was dirty, bedding was disgusting. It was stained, looked as if someone had either vomited or urinated and stained the bed cover, as well as stained blood.
We killed a stink bug on the wall and found a dead one on the window sill. Mold on the wall in the bathroom. Very dirty corners of the room and bathroom.
We have stayed here for years when we travel. The last 2 times have not been a good experience. We will not be back!!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there."

"When I walked into the front desk it smelled terribly. I went to check-in, wasn't a problem. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement.
