The property is clean, Breakfast has waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurts, bagels, fruit and more. Pool area smaller than expected but AWESOME HOTEL AND GREAT STAFF!!! Customer Service was Great. "From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?"

"Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!"

"Honestly, not mad. We got what we paid for. We found dirty underwear in the closet when we checked in. No elevator. No big deal but it was not something I recall seeing prior to booking. Hair dryers are available upon request from the front desk. So don't forget to get it if you need one! The room was cleaned by staff with the do not disturb on the knob. The mattress needs to be changed. We rolled to the center all night."
