"It was my first time to Puna, but I hit the jackpot when I booked the Hotel Balsa Inn. Close to the main plaza and the main thoroughfare with all kinds of shops and restaurants, the hotel is super convenient to all that Puna has to offer. My room was clean and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was particularly noteworthy (hot showers are sometimes hard to find in Peru!). "Very nice inn, 10 min from the bus station. Room and bathroom is very clean. The included breakfast is great. The only negative point would be the hot water. At first we did not have any and then when they checked on it, we did not have cold water anymore... otherwise everything is great and the staff was awesome."
