"Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."

Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants. "The staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quite cold. We had a space heater in our room and an extra blanket on the bed. The breakfast is okay. The coffee wasn’t very hot. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars which is lovely. "

"The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "
