"We had a fantastic stay at Coco Unlimited Tulum from April 24th to May 4th. The property is beautiful, but it was the lovely people who made the experience truly special.I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Betty on reception and Jacob in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding representatives of the hotel. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the lovely food—the chilaquiles were brilliant, and they make a lovely margarita! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for top-tier service and great vibes in a stunning setting. Vicky and Nick."

"I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide amazing service. I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was — definitely a place I’d happily recommend to others! "This hotel is absolutely beautiful very peaceful and serene design. The food was amazing and the staff were nice and helpful. The only negative I would have to say is that it’s a very loud hotel. There is music that starts at 10:30 AM into the evening from not only the hotel, but the neighboring hotels. There isn’t a mention of a bar in the listing, but the restaurant does play loud music nightly so if you’re looking for that party vibe, this is a great place to be!"

"Nice place, right on the beach, restaurant is pretty good but You need to read all the details before booking. - the rooms don't have tvs - people aren't at the front desk 24/7 - you have to reserve the gym - you have to reserve the jacuzzis - you need to text them before parking, it isn't an open lot, they have to unlock it - you need to use a qr code to get in the hotel - they don't have bikes to borrow"

"I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby. Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area. The only minor downside is that some fixtures show wear from the beach environment and could use a bit more frequent maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every design detail was well thought out - rustic but elegant. The entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful. Swimming in the ocean was tough due to the amount of sargassum but the two pools were very clean and had stunning views. Though the weather was warm (last week of April) there was a breeze every single day which made it very comfortable - a very nice surprise. My favorite thing was how you felt you were staying in the jungle with beautiful lanterns lighting your way. Exceptional stay!"

The small touches were so welcome, and the relaxed nature of everyone there made our stay so relaxing. They gave us great recommendations for dining and local activities. We will return for sure!"
