"Our stay at Casa Ganesh was a whole different experience—exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful tropical vibe surrounded by nature. 🌴✨ The motel is right at the edge of the ocean, which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully enjoy the ocean because of the season. September seems to be one of the slowest months on this side of the Caribbean. Other than that, everything was perfect! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, disconnect from the busy world, and experience the jungle right in the middle of nature, this is definitely the place for you. 🌿🌊 I truly recommend Casa Ganesh and would love to come back during a busier season!"

"The greeting when we arrived was great. The service providers were all very helpful, and gave a greeting by name every time they saw me. They were eager to make sure that I had what ever I needed. Sergio, The two Cristians were very helpful to me the entire stay. Cristian in the office was a great help planning things to do, and arranging transportation. The room was in a great location on the beach, just steps away from the water. The hotel is positioned well in the Tulum hotel zone, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee-Starbuck :), ice cream parlors, bars/restaurants like Ziggy's beach club and others. I would definately return, and have already recommended it to a friend."

"Great location, fantastic mattress and lovely balcony in our room overlooking the ocean. We were lucky enough to see a giant sea turtle on the beach as the sun rose as we were there in nesting season. As it was out of season, the restaurant and all food and drink services only ran from 9am to 5pm so there was no way to get dinner at the hotel itself. Not a problem as loads of great places to eat are easily walkable. The room was aesthetically excellent, however it was missing some basic amenities that you would want such as fridge, coffee machine and proper clothes storage. It’s a good hotel in a great location and when the food service is operating, the food and drinks are of a very high standard. It’s also a huge bonus that it has 2 pools, the very famous chequer board one, which gets the music from the DJ sets they have on the beach and plenty of shade in the afternoon, and a red tiled one which is exclusive to suites Panamera guests. We spent most of our time at this pool as it’s very private, quiet and a great place to sunbathe and relax. We’ve now stayed at lots of different hotels in Tulum on the beach road and I do recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault."
