The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English. The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it seemed like they only made one portion and put out and if that was eaten they made another single portion.

The hotel is old and need some renovation. The location is good close to main area. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special. Overall is an ok hotel if you stay for a short stay.

The hotel is right next to all the main locations in punta arenas and is walkable from all tourist attractions/ restaurants. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to give us to go lunches as we had very early tours on both days. Kudos to them to do that and very kind / professional. The room was neat and spacious with the overall hotel being a bed and breakfast vibe in general. For the price you paid and all things weighed in this hotel is definitely recommended if you visit punta arenas.

Great location

This hotel is ideally placed in the center of town and only a couple of blocks from the bus station. The staff was very helpful and provided ample English to help get me everywhere I needed to go.

I would describe this property as a boutique hotel with a very family run feel. The rooms were tidy and clean was comfortable beds He offers an ample free breakfast When the front desk learned we were going on a detour they had a breakfast lunch ready prepared for us.

This property has been operating as a hotel for nearly a hundred years. It is clean and well kept. It reminded us of a small hotel in the film noir era (except this one takes debit/credit cards). Located near the center of Punta Arenas downtown it was within walking distance of many activities and our tours frequently picked us up last and dropped off first!
