"The staff was very friendly, accomodating and kept the room very clean. Pool was super clean as well. Brush up on your Spanish it helps. The food was good, best restaurants Koyoto and Dolce Vida. There is a trolley that comes every 10 mins as the resort is huge. Be helpful to have a map of the restaurants at the Palace in the room. Highly recommend upgrading to a premiere room with walkout pool it was amazing. Electricity wiring is a lil off, as some switches turn off lights as well as air...
