Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

"Room was in very bad condition stains on the ceiling and walls, furniture and doors falling to pieces and unsafe also no sockets we had booked a superior room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The location was perfect right on the beach and next to the square with a beautiful walk into Puerto del Carmen over all an ok hotel if they had the rooms upgraded it would be fab."
