"As the Maha Resort was brand new the place is immaculate. The staff were amazing and they made my stay an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend staying at the Maha. As of 26th Feb 2026 the front area hasnt been finished but once it is, around May 2026, this place will be an awesome location with pretty much everything you need. I feel it will be more a party location then for familys but still an awesome location. I thank all the staff for an awesome time. "

"Bella struttura con buoni servizi ed un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e pronto. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con una perdita nel bagno ma è stata prontamente risolta. E' distante circa 600mt dal centro di Ubud ma sia a piedi sia con un Grab per pochi euro è facile raggiungerlo. I letti sono un po' scomodi e la scelta per la colazione è un po' ristretta ma per il resto è una buona struttura."

"This hotel is so great. We stayed in the villa with private pool. The rooms are very large and super clean. The pools are amazing. The restaurant and bar has a really good menu and the food is excellent. The staff go to the next level to make sure you’re having a great stay and genuinely care. "The room needs renovation and deeply clean before ready to use. I found stain on the pillow and bedsheet which is quite obvious. Moreover, fly will come out from the drain which is quite terrible. Not recommend to guest who cares of the cleanness of the stay. Also, room is not sound proofed. Unfortunately I live near a noisy neighbour who keep yelling and talk loudly at mid night. I try to call the reception but seems no follow up. This force me to checkout early."

"立地は便利で最高！メインストリートにありながら、鳥の声、緑、バリ島の大自然を感じられるバリ島らしい施設でした。スタッフはつかず離れずの距離感で、積極的なホスピタリティは特に感じませんでしたが、お願いしたことは快く受け入れてくれてくれました！受付のお姉さん、初日にパスポートを私に返し忘れていて、こちらはかなり焦りましたが、受付に聞きに行くと、普通に返してくれたけど、気づいてるならそっちから持ってくるのがふつうだと思います。"
