"Old sad property."

"Quiet historic Inn and town. Love sitting on balcony to appreciate the birds, Revolutionary Cemetery and ancient trees. In town Enrico's Brick Oven has delicious gourmet pizza and icy cold Sangria. Inn provides delicious coffee and fresh baked pastries. Only comment is, pet fee is a reasonable $25 but the pet room; altho clean and quiet, in sore need of upgrade in bathroom and floor carpet. We've stayed here 4x a year for over 20 years and love the ambiance and character."

"The Rooms are nice except the walls are too thin, you can hear your neighbors voices. The Wash Cloths needs better care, they are dingy. The Manger was nice , the spaces in the parking lot are too close . I asked for a Room on the back side , he stated they were taken. The Back side have Sitting Chairs by the door , and the front side doesn’t. I am debating whether to stay there again."

"The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it...

"Lovely rooms and decor. Very thoughfu touches, including water in the rooms and snacks. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety. The host was so accomodating. "

"We stayed 8 minutes and our credit card was charged 139 dollars. We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. This room was also dirty with dried blood stains on the duvet. Between the filth allergy...

"Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT."

"No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all."

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."

"Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you."

"Very good stay, excellent clean room, very good breakfast, really nice lobby/breakfast room and halls. Very quiet. The desk needs to be manned more consistently. Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"The best hotel in Dayville by miles. The staff is extremely helpful. They go out of the way to help. The rooms are spacious, with hot water shower 24/7, comfy pillows and bed. Highly recommended."

"we would never go back after being greeted by an AI kiosk in the registration. area to check in that was awful we asked to be checked in by a person. the desk person had zero idea about the area or any restaurants to recommend. he was clueless. the rooms were nice inside. the outside was old and shabby and cigarette butts but with lots of flowers. we would never go back."

"Clean room and friendly check in. Location is great.. the Valero gas station next door is one of the locations of “baker’s dozen “… the local amazing bakery. Best bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee ever at great prices. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot. I’ll stay here again"
