"The property condition is better than the last time I stayed 2.5 years ago. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Metro station. "

"Room design is chic and eye catching even though some room conditions are no longer top notch (decaying door frames, faulty toilet door). Clean and good sized room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was not the biggest but decent, even though it’s the exact same items for both mornings we were there. Was stuck inside the bathroom due to faulty door mechanism but the team reacted swiftly and professionally, and excellent service recovery from the team. Overall a good stay. "
