Top Qasr Al-Mshatta Hotel Reviews
Hotel Philosophy
8/10 Good
"This hotel has great decor, was clean and the location was excellent. Close to Rainbow street, and also within walking distance of the citadel and Roman amphitheater. We were able to check in early and the staff was very responsive and helpful in getting us a car to the airport in the morning. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a good menu and the food was delicious. Wifi was fast with a strong signal throughout the hotel. The only reason I took one star off was that they played really loud music in the kitchen all night, and I could hear this music through the floors even two floors above. My friends stayed down on the same level as the kitchen, and it kept them up all night even though they called to complain. Hopefully this has been addressed and won't be a problem for anyone else."

Qastal Zaman
10/10 Excellent
"Great customer service and care. Very clean rooms. Convenient distance from airport. Great customer service. Receptionist helped me retrieve my lost phone. Very nice and friendly environment. Highly recommended."
InterContinental AMMAN JORDAN by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly and polite staff. Staff are everywhere to help with guests. Big restaurant for breakfast with many choices. Hotel is little dated but it can be compensated with spacious public areas and friendly staff. Big outdoor swimming pool and warm indoor swimming pool that are quiet most of the time."
Roya Downtown Boutique Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel is newly refurbished, the staff is very helpful (Mohammed). But if you arrive in a car, it’s difficult to get there and parking can be tricky. But then all the souvenirs, dresses and books are arounds there."
Grand Hyatt Amman

Saint John Hotel

Amman Trail Hotel & Studios
10/10 Excellent
"I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though."
