"I arrived in Guangzhou at midnight and the airport shuttle was very convenient and only took approx 10mins to get to the hotel from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception was great and clear instructions on timing of the airport shuttle was provided. The rooms was extremely clean and very comfortable. I definitely will stay here again."

"Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false."

"Rooms were quite horrible . Not maintained properly. Behind dressers and under be was filthy. Rooms all had bad odor. Wasn't a good experience. However staff was great and helpful they made me feel welcomed. They tried to accommodate me changing my room location 3 times due to odor in room . Thanks to staff"
