"Front desk staff are a real treat to work with! Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. My hubby and I had dinner at Anejo Rose and the next morning we had my daughter’s birthday brunch at GrillFire, both in-house restaurants were perfect! Food and drinks were right on point. I can’t wait to book another stay just me and my hubby. It really was a pleasure staying here and the customer service from front desk to all other staff I interacted with was absolutely fantastic! Parking was plentiful and $10.99 a day was fair. Overall The Hotel at Arundel is a must visit and there’s tons to do nearby which makes this place a perfect gem in the Hanover, Maryland area!"

"My husband and I only stayed for one night, room was ok for. My only issue with this Hotel was that check it says 3pm we got there at 5pm and they told us our room wasn’t ready and it would be 20 mins wait, so we decided to check out the bar next door. 20 mins passes and no one came to get us. I had to go back to the front desk to get and update about our room because we where runny late for an event. "
