Infelizmente a localização tem muito transito caso vá sair de carro, não consegui pegar o uber para ir ao aeroporto de tanto transito, tive que correr para o metro. Mas foi uma otima estadia."

Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. "The hotel was clean and its location was convenient. I am unable to provide a five-star rating because I was unable to check in on the day of my arrival due to an unforeseen issue with my flight. The hotel declined to refund me for the missed day, citing their policy that a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. I explained that my flight was canceled due to a terrorist incident while en route to London. I had even emailed the hotel to inform them of the situation prior to my intended...

"Very lovely apartment and polite staff. Would have been 5 star but for a few creaking floorboards and no salt in the kitchen. "
