The apartment was clean, and we loved the swimming pool and convenience to the beach, and everywhere in Port Douglas. The staff were so helpful and friendly and full of many recommendations. We would definitely go back, and recommend. "

"Lovely big room and bathroom. One of the best value hotels we've stayed at during the past four month road trip from Victoria to Qld. Resort aging but nothing awful. Fantastic being able to park undercover in decent sized parking space. Good meals in the Bistro for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back on our way south for a longer stay. "

"Heron Island Resort is a nice place with friendly and helpful staff. While the food options are limited, they are decent and satisfactory. The rooms, however, could benefit from more thorough cleaning to enhance the overall experience."

"Stayed in the mountain view studio. Beautiful views, easy access to rainforest walks. Very tidy, mostly clean except for some pillows that looked a bit dirty. Has coffee and fridge which is nice, but lack of a kitchen sink means you have bring your own dishwasher soap and do everything in the bathroom. A bit noisy when people walk pass as its not soundproof."

"Qualia muss man erleben! wunderschöne Anlage mit exklusiven großzügigen Villen mit eigenem Clubcar mit dem man die Insel erkunden kann,schöner Strand/ Poolbereich mit Wassersportmöglichkeiten die inklusive sind ,hier die wirklich engagierte superfreundliche Mia zu erwähnen! sehr angenehm der turn down service wo es Tee und Duftlämpchen gibt, sehr wohltuend für den Gast! 2 kleine Minuspunkte: Frühstück etwas chaotisch, Kaffee kommt nicht, Bestellungen werden verwechselt oder vergessen, jeden...
