Copthorne Hotel and Apartments Queenstown Lakeview
"Service was good. Beds were comfy. However, the carpet needs replacing. The entire apartment stunk of garlic/cooking. I assume the smells from past guests have seeped into the carpet. It was very strong and quite unpleasant. I suggest this room needs some attention/updating."

"Clean room, helpful staff and overall a quiet stay. Just know it’s on a hill so it’s a bit of a walk from town though definitely doable. Bus stops right in front so perfect to travel to airport."
