"Everyone is nice, it is a secure location and a good bed. We stayed two nights. The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "We left after the first night due to very poor conditions of the room. It was dirty and it looked like the roof in the bedroom and bathroom was full of mold. The bathroom had a bad smell. We didn’t feel comfortable there and because of that it was hard to sleep. I woke up with a rash on my ankle that I’ve never had before.
