"The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe. Other than the roof, the house was exactly as described. Clean and large living spaces. Thank you for a great week in Tulum."

"The stay was very comfortable. The beach access is excellent. The pools are very well managed. Only request for them as a vegetarian, the options are few and even those have sub-optimal taste. While other resorts provide wide variety (Thai, Chinese or Indian or middle eastern options), it is lacked for travelers like us. We lived just on those pizza and fruits. It is a meat eater paradise. "
