"Generally pleased with the stay. My challenges are surrounding the value. For the price I’m not entirely sold on returning. Arrived to our canvas tent which was really clean and great appointments. However our tent was supposed to come with linens and beds made. By the time I realized this, on our second day, I let the front desk know. They kindly dropped off a bag of sheets and duvet covers as well as pillow cases. Call me bougie but for what we paid per night, I guess I was expected to make...

"Beautiful place, indoor pool and 2 tubs. Room was very charming and cottage like. Somewhat cheaper than other mineral pool hotels. Would stay again!"

"The bed had an aluminum base so it made a lot of noise every time getting in and out of bed. The place is new and beautiful. The lady at the front desk was not helpful. She offered us discounts to the closest vineyard when we were checking in. I told her that I had just visited and wished I knew that they were offering a discount. Her reply was that I should’ve made my reservation through the Best Western website instead of using Expedia. I was not happy about that as I had just paid full price...

"Everyone is helpful and goes beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. They have loaner cars and bikes on site, drinks upon arrival and the dress for dinner ranges from flip flops or workout clothes to dressy. The spa is top notch, you really don’t need to consider trying a different location."

"Great location!! We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Calistoga from the Wine Way Inn. We checked in late after a long drive and the snacks and waters they provided were such a nice added touch. The staff was very helpful and informative via text and made the check in easy. Very cute property- definitely would love to come back to stay longer. (would also highly recommend going to Lola Wines across the street)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We had a traditional Japanese breakfast the first morning, and an American breakfast the second. We loved the coffee and fresh juices too. Social hour with wine and small bites was also so nice. Soaking tub in the room was another nice touch. The manager, Craig, is also so nice and hospitable (and let us feed the koi fishes)."
