Three hotels in one, little complicated to find which one your in but turns out they all have same desk just different towers. Its a spa resort, little dated decor. room was little small but good enough. Breakfast buffet was massive and good.

Neorganiziranost pri prijavi: zastoj in dolgo čakanje povzročajo gosti s turističnimi boni (receptorji bi lahko pospešili izpolnjevanje dokumentov). Postelja v sobi je majhna in nizka ter jogi premehak, tako da starejši gostje težko vstanejo iz postelje. Hotelski parking je bil poln, prav nobenega prostega mesta. Manjka morda dvižna rampa, da bi res lahko parkirali samo hotelski gostje. Bila je velika gneča pri obrokih v skupni jedilnici, ki je namenjena gostom dveh hotelov. Na kratkem sprehodu v neposredni bližini hotela je opaziti 4-5 zapuščenih in propadajočih objektov. Vem, da ni hotel odgovoren za to, ampak malce vse skupaj pokvari splošni vtis. Pohvala pa prijaznemu osebju, ki se trudi z gosti in pa za Salon Zdravja, kjer si lahko gostje natočimo kozarec mineralne vode iz izvira.

Chambre dans la bonne moyenne. Endroit calme. Accès gratuit au complexe balnéo - peignoirs fournis. Plein de bains à remous, jets massants, piscine également. Restaurant buffet correct le soir. Bon petit déjeuner buffet inclus. Parking gratuit.

Die Rezeption befindet sich am anderen Teil des Gebäudes (zusammengelegt mit Hotel Radin) und es ist verwirrend. Die entsprechende Beschrifftung ist nicht vorhanden. Eine Massage kann man nur zwischen 8 und 12 Uhr bestellen. In der Nacht gab es ein sehr lautes Konzert unweit vom Hotel. Bis 1 Uhr war an das Schlafen nicht zu denken.

So so - it could have been good

It is no problem that the room was tiny but only basic amenities - one tiny shampoo bottle and a soap bar and that is about it. And the cheapest towels. Hotel on a cost cutting run gone wrong. Nice area, friendly staff but extremely understaffed. Internal problems and boredom obvious to guests.

schöner Aufenthat

wir sind schon zum 5. Mal da gewesen uns gefällt es dort. es ist zwar nicht das modernste aber man fühlt dich wohl. Das Personal ist freundĺich und Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt. wir werden auch weiterhin dort erholsame Tage genießen!

Awesome Radenci

Great hotel with awesome hot spring and pools. Great to tour local area for wineries and restaurants. Hotel was a perfect start to our vacation!
