"Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Bar staff, breakfast buffet staff, and staff just doing their thing were all friendly!
Room was spacious, beds were comfy, shower was great! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub.
Would stay again! "

"Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly enough. But pool was closed. This is a main reason why we booked this location and nothing was offered in compensation. Because they said it stated the pool was closed online. I couldn't find it on the website anywhere.
The only offering was to have us cancel and book somewhere else. So that was extremely disappointing. "

"I recently stayed at the Motel 6 and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
The most concerning issue was the cleanliness of the room. I found roaches inside the microwave (I have photos documenting this), which was extremely unsanitary. The bathroom also had visible mold and mildew, and the room consistently had a damp, musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in.
Additionally, the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned. There was urine residue along the sides and...
