"Good"

"This is the kind of place that meets or even slightly exceeds expectations. Rooms are clean and simple, beds are a little uncomfortable. Breakfast is decent but wont knock your socks off. All around ok, price is a little steep for what you get."

"Our TV was not working. Things were missing from our bathroom, and when we asked for the items, they did not bring them. So I had to go down to the front desk to ask again for the items. They forgot to clean our room, even though I specifically asked them to do it, so we had to ask for new towels. Breakfast, for the price, was the quality you would normally get at another hotel for free. A lot of people had issues, and I would see them complaining at the front desk. "

"This hotel is in a good location, very close to the event we went to town for. The indoor pool is very nice and I love that it is open until 10pm. The staff was also wonderful. However, it could be cleaner. It looked like spaghetti sauce was stuck on the blinds. There was some sort of food stuck on the sheets as well. They told us that the housekeeping is by request only, so we requested they come up, and they never came. So I just asked for another blanket and it had holes in it. The "free"...

"Had 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke. Only there for one night so tolerated it. The price matched the experience. "

"The room was very clean. Loved that it was very quiet at night made it easy to sleep. Just had one problem with keycard not working right, but it was easily fixed."

"One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold."

"I enjoyed every bit of my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. It is an exceptionally clean environment. I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for lodging in that neighborhood. "

"Actual room looks nothing like pictures. We got towels with burns in them meanwhile staying in a non-smoking room. TV DONT WORK REMOTE DONT WORK MICROWAVE DONT WORK. FRONT STAFF VERY RUDE. SUCKS I CANT RATE THEM HALF A STAR."
