Everything was perfect from the first moment we arrived. Friendly staff always looking to help and make sure everything is going well. Great location only steps from the downtown restaurants and shopping. Great views from the rooms and the property of Traverse Bay

Everything was very nice. I did not take advantage of any of the amenities outside of our room. I was disappointed that I was charged a nightly resort fee of $21 for each day that I stayed.
