"The hotel stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection, which was a great start to each day. The mattress was firm and comfortable, while the pillows were soft, making for a good night’s sleep. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay especially Nataly and Francesca and the other two lovely ladies at the breakfast room( sorry I didn’t catch their names). The location was quiet and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was modern with a spectacular view of the sea. I would definitely come back and stay in Hotel Graal."

"Property is immaculately maintained. Front desk staff was super responsive and very helpful with organizing day trips to Positano and Capri. Hotel made transfers to and from airport and Amalfi and Positano a breeze. Breakfast is good and service is at the standard of a true 5-star hotel. I was hesitant about booking in Ravello instead of Positano, but no regrets after our stay. Ravello really is where you want to be at. Better shopping than Positano, better restaurants and less crowded. That said, you still have easy access to Positano and Amalfi. Hotel shuttle is easy and well-organized. For the price point it is worth every penny. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Hotel is about an hour away from Naples International airport so I suggest leaving earlier than usual because traffic is a bit unpredictable when you get to Naples. It took us almost 2.5 hours to get to airport when departing."

"My wife and I stayed here for 4 days, Saturday April 25th to Wednesday the 29th 2026. This is one of the most wonderful places to stay !! The staff is so kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and the staff cleaned it everyday. The breakfast is to die for, Eggs, Pancakes, all kinds of fresh fruit, pastries, Dinner on the Terrace was also magic. The pool is nice. Great location. I could not be more pleased with the choice here. Lots of restaurants, delis, and the ferry within just a few minutes. I can’t recommend this hotel enough"
