"We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and hosted the mini reception area in the foyer but he was also fantastic. Also provided a fan when it go very hot!!! Highly recommend this beautiful property which is superbly located a couple of minutes walk from everything in town, 5 minutes from the river and 10-15 minutes walk from the lake. We would love to return. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Même si le lieu se trouve dans une zone d'activités, Le lieu est neuf, très bien entretenu, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le principe des lieux partagés est très bien pensé. Un très grand parking de disponible Le personnel est attentionné et un grand merci pour la jeune femme qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner qui est d'une redoutable efficacité ainsi que pour les femmes d'entretien qui laissent tous les jours un lieu d'une rare propreté. C'est un lieu que je recommande vivement car c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix."

"Bohinj is a lovely lakeside spot and this hotel is perfectly located to take advantage. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the onsite amenities were great. One note is that there is a pool in the wellness center but it does have to be reserved in advance as there is limited space. This wasn’t a problem for us because the lake is so close (5 mins walking) and we were able to get in to the pool both days of our stay, but just good to note. The wellness center facilities in general are very nice and well maintained. The breakfast every day was also excellent."

"While a lot of the other reviews really take a negative spin right off the bat- I found the staff and overall location incredible. You can’t get a better location and there’s a grocery store right behind it. I found the cold air conditioning in my room a LIFE saver after staying at other struggling properties in this heatwave. I also found the streamlined views just stunning and ease of being a guest there. I would happily stay again. It’s not a 5 Star but you get that lovely Slovenian Hospitality you would hope to get. Bohinj is just amazing too!"

"The place is very modern. But the room is excellent and there is a cute balcony. Great for two parents with two children. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety. The staff is nice and helpful. They let us borrow beach blankets even when we checked out. There is plenty of parking. The distance to the lake is easily walkable. There is an elevator to the room but you must take a few stairs to the lobby, not too bad. The beds seem big. Everything seemed very clean and bleached when we arrived. There is a TV in both bedrooms but they do not have Netflix. You can add Netflix to the downstairs TV if you buy a Netflix stick. The air conditioning was only in the upstairs room so it was a challenging to make it cool enough downstairs without too cold upstairs. Not too bad, though."

"Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. There is a combination of half ramp half stairs that requires carrying your luggage. This is an easy thing to resolve and is honestly the only thing to find at fault with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area."
