"No elevator, didn’t get the room I requested , tv was dark contrast , ac sounded like an airplane engine, no coffee maker in the room and best of all no hot water lol"

"This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod.
