"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. We could also hear the people above us walking around and there was a squeaky spot in the floor that they stepped on over and over. They were early risers, about 6...

"The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....

"Outstanding Staff - very kind and helpful. Extraordinarily high ceilings in my room (have never seen that before), auto-control sheer and black-out curtains and super-DOOPER location, And And a very nice breakfast in a lovely seating venue made my stay oh so exceptional."

"We loved the suite. The room was very clean. The beds we’re comfortable. The office staff was very friendly. The only disappointing thing was the pool. It is very small. There were a bunch of kids that were not being properly supervised by parents. I realize this is no fault of the hotel, but it made our experience disappointing."

"I chose this hotel because of it’s beautiful art deco design,but my sleep was terribly interrupted every time a big ac compressor from a building across from my room kicked in,something I only found out when it got light. When I called it in at 4.am they offered to send a tech,but I declined. The bathroom mirror was flashing like a stroboscope making it impossible to shave and the shower was super filthy with brown dirt or mold in the corners. "The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...
