"We booked this hotel very last minute and we were very happy with this find. The room was super clean, everything is modern, the AC worked perfectly and is very well located. You can walk to many to many places and the metro is right across the street. The staff was amazing, they were super helpful with helping us when we needed to go to the airport. Breakfast was great. We will go back and we highly recommend staying at Naples Plaza Duomo."

On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot.
