"The only problem that I had was that the bathroom there’s no room for me to put my toiletry stuff in the water was turned off until about 11 AM and I wake up kinda early so I had to go downstairs to use the restroom."

"If you want to sleep this is not the place for you. It is right next to the freeway so you basically feel like you are sleeping on the highway. We were on the 2nd floor and asked to be moved up in hopes that the noise would not be as bad. That was not the case. It was worse! The staff are great/friendly, the hotel is clean, the amenities are wonderful, the bar is nice, and the breakfast was decent. But I had to wear ear plugs and have the tv on all night and could still hear the Indy 500 speedway right outside all day and night. "

"Quick trip to downtown Dallas and this place was amazing. Great staff, easy entrance, quick access to parking garage and excellent amenities. Gym was awesome and large. "

"We had a great stay here! We stayed overnight for a concert and the staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming! Once we checked in and went to our room, the room was clean and no issues were seen. The breakfast they served was great, it's freshly made and tasted good! Check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Really cool room. Comfortable bed and incredible views. Parking was convenient. Elevators are super fast. Location was perfect. Restaurants, DART, and Trolley were all so close. Felt very safe. We had a great stay!"

"The location was really the only bummer about this hotel. As I single woman, i was advised it probably wasn't safe to walk into downtown, so spent extra $$ to shuttle into town and trek around. Otherwise, the staff was exceptional and the decor fun and funcky."

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"
