"Great pool/outdoor area… room configuration was a little odd and beds were very firm… not my favorite! But all in all it was a good stay, would stay there again if I ever needed to."

"This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees! The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors. "Nice hotel, convenient location, with access to just about everything in the Ponca City area. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast buffet. I had a brief problem with the shower, but it was quickly addressed by the staff (Someone had turned it off so tight it was locked up). I would recommend this hotel for travelers headed to Ponca, or the casinos north of Newkirk. Nice pool, but the jacuzzi was being repaired, so the only negative I can think of."

"The room could have been cleaned better. The vacuuming the room and sweeping of the bathroom were not well done at all. The property had trash all over from the restaurant next door that just laid there all weekend, the older lady working the front desk was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was lacking. Very minimal items with biscuits you have to microwave yourself. Seems some updates need to be made for that."

"Check in staff was super friendly, room was very clean, parking was convenient and felt safe, breakfast was fresh and tidy with plenty of choices."

"Runny eggs and dry sausage for breakfast. The bathroom looked like they recently tried to paint it and got it all over. Looked like mold between the tub and tile. I had to clean what I hope was Ketchup off the bed frame. The bed was comfortable though and the staff was friendly."

"I have stayed in this motel several times over the years. Everything and everyone has been excellent. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The property is always maintained and clean. Whenever I’m in Blackwell, they will always get my business!"

"We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great."

"We loved the room as there was lots of storage space and plugins. Our biggest disappointment though was with the breakfast. With an hour left in the continental service, everything was out. Even the utensils and coffee were out and there was not active staff around checking to keep everything refilled. As a family we enjoy having breakfast in hotels together but this was a big letdown."
