"Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. The housekeeping was minimal—they clean every other day, which is fine, but our second day was Sunday so we waited 3 days. When they came, I was disappointed to see...

"Lovely Hotel - Helpful Staff. But room had sound issues - paper thin walls; flimsy bathroom doors (lack of privacy), extra loud A/C. Add to that the person experiencing a mental health challenge yelling loudly at 7:00am (on a weekend) in the alley outback. Had trouble checking-in due to cars stacking up out front awaiting valet. And a "private event" in the Bar that first evening - Isn't there a room for that? And somebody on staff wears way too much perfume. Probably one and done."

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great"

"No Elevator!! Must arrange for cleaning , they don't clean daily. When we tried to arrange the same day cleaning at 8am, apparently they had no staff to clean. We asked for 3 new towels, we did not receive until our 3rd call to front desk. Hot tub was not working. Gym had a puddle of water by the water station, garbage overflowing - people left their garbage on the table by the garbage bin. Afternoon frontdesk staff was friendly."
