"We booked this Hotel specifically based on the Airport Shuttle. At check-in we were advised the Shuttle was out for repairs for a few days and that there was no shuttle, no alternative arrangements had been made and that the hotel would not be covering our taxi costs. This is not acceptable. We would have stayed elsewhere, and chose this whole solely for the shuttle."

"The location of the hotel was great for us as tourists. While somewhat noisy, we did not mind. The view from our windows was fantastic. The room was minimalistic and very small. It was very difficult to get two suitcases open and be able to walk and there was one very uncomfortable chair. The twin beds were very comfortable. However the towels were thin and rough, toiletries were shampoo and body wash only, and the toilet paper very cheap. The breakfast was quite adequate and very...
