"Breakfast ran out eay and they didn't refill. We loved the nice big room. Tub didn't drain but they fixed it by our second day."

"This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

"So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was."

"Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. "In 35 years of hotel stays I have never experienced the brutal incompetence or downright abuse I was subjected to at this hotel. After a 9 hour drive I parked at the hotel and walked, with limited time, to the burger restaurant nearby. I walked back to check in and sleep ahead of the 6 hour drive next day. "I'd stay there again for a good rate - but it looks fancier than it really is. Modern / New Orleans feel to it works but the furniture is nicked up and room could use a little maintenance. I did sleep well. I'd call the hotel "millenialized" with an Ikea-quality gormet coffee theme and minimal staff communication. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. To check-in, had to wait about 20 minutes for desk staff to show up - really the only thing that needed to be cleaned-up."
