"There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside."

"My first room smelled like a sewer plant. The second room shower could’ve been clean better. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were cold, and the gravy was cold. Last but not least there was no syrup for the waffles."

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable but the room and everything inside of it was filthy. Like I wiped the floor with a washcloth because I got it wet, I didn't want wet socks later... The cloth was disgusting dirty. Turned black dirty ...That floor hadn't been mopped in at least a month. Saw roaches, and everything including TV's, lights and fire detectors were defective. I really wanted to like this place but when I told the staff about my stay their response was " They don't eat much" talking about the roaches, and then blamed the pest control."

"Wanted to stay closer to where we were going for the weekend and I don’t know how this place has decent ratings. The cleanliness was fine, but it’s clear that they don’t prioritize it. The curtains to the windows were nasty. The door didn’t shut all the way so we had to use a chair to keep it closed and you could hear the outside clear a day meaning we didn’t sleep much. Found a half drank pop can in the lamp shade between the bed. When we asked for more blankets and towels, nobody came twice, so the 3rd time we asked was when we went to the lobby and just asked them to hand it to us there. We didn’t even want to see what breakfast was about, it made me sick thinking about it. The atmosphere wasn’t good and when we expressed our issues, we were just told that there was a miscommunication. I don’t know what that is supposed to mean, but when it was our last day we left so fast. Never going back there. I’ve been to places nearby that cost less for better quality. It’s not worth the convenience of being closer to Kings Island. "

"Excellent place to stay, my 3 brothers and I stayed here for our kings island trip last weekend and I couldn’t had chose a better place of stay. Everyone is so nice and the rooms are nice , we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well . I honestly have no complaints. Thank you!"
