"I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. The upstairs restaurant was also over-done decor-wise and the food was tortured and complicated without being particularly good. Everything just came off as thirsty and cheap rather...

"Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated. Ours...

"My days here was interesting. I think if the bathroom has a curtain to separate the space of the toilet and the sink, it’s more convenient for a family. Anyway thanks for your help during my time there. "

"We were a little concerned that the property might be a little "too curated" but we found it very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well maintained. A negative for us: the 4:00 pm check-in time is really awkward timing and the hotel had a big sign stressing a $40 "early check in" fee...which was pointed out to me when I questioned whether the room could possible be ready early. If the turnaround time is that tight, I strongly suggest changing check-out to 10:00 am so that check-in...

"Excellent artfully decorated hotel at great location. Very clean and updated. Excellent restaurant and a Starbucks in the same building. Took one star off because of high pitch noise in a corridor that woke us up at 6:30am. It was an egress door malfunction. I went down and alarmed staff. Staff took care of it in about 30 min. Probably will not happen to you."
