"very nice experience "

"The property was spotless, I was very impressed. The food was good, the waiters/waitresses were hospitable. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for my meal. It charged to my room and my debit card (I explained I wanted my debit card charged not the card on file for the room). I had to get one of the charges canceled. I was given a resort gift card but when I tried using it, I was told I could not. I have no idea how I’ll be able to use it since it was supposed to be for outrigger locations....

"Everything there was great for what I paid. Parking,Clean apartment. Great kitchen. Bathroom huge with plenty of towels. Ac worked great and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Plus they leave you a Welcome package. Accessible to restaurant, beach, malls. "

"Overall this is nice property 8/10. Clean well manicured botanical grounds with a quiet large patio area with AMAZING SUSNET Views. Soothing crashing waves all day and night however NO immediate ocean swimming or beach access (drive / walk for that) No onsite food / bar NOT GOOD was having to punch in a 6 to10 digit code on a keypad EVERY TIME FOR EVERY pool gate, the 1 elevator and our condo door. With multiple people in our group this became VERY frustrating. Been decades since we have stayed...

"Great location, close to restaurants, boutique shops and the beach, very walkable. It was clean, comfortable, a great breakfast, pool and hot tub. "

"Everything by was fine except our bathroom sink was clogged and the A/C cover wasn’t attached properly so it rattled all night. Needs more attentive maintenance that doest skip steps for the sake of time. "

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "Breakfast was wonderful! Don’t be in a hurry! I was leary when I arrived in the dark…but fell in love with the place in the daylight! It was a great adventure! No glass windows…only screens. The frogs were loud…but slept so good! If you like noise machines, you will love it! The bedroom had a fan if needed. They had beach equipment to borrow if wanted. "Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
