Knoxville is strictly a money making town for not just residents, but tourists. You had to pay just about everywhere for parking and handicapped people should not have to pay to park. I needed parking to be convenient for me as I have asthma and balance issues walking. As to the staff, they were the most professional kind folks I have encountered in a hotel in a long time. Check in was seamless and the gal that attended to us Monique was a true gem. The breakfast was excellent. The room was fine,"

"Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also say, you are on a main drag. It is a loud area. It is an old building. They could offer ear plugs on the bedside table, that I am sure theyd charge you $5 for using. "
