"On arrival the hotel did not have confirmation of my stay but they sorted it out. That evening I extended my stay by booking on Hotels.com because I needed to stay nearby my sick friend. When I left the hotel the next morning to visit my friend I asked the receptionist to make sure my bathroom was cleaned because it was very dirty.
