"the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

"Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. "I have very mixed feelings about this place. The good: beautiful large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balconies, in room laundry and full kitchen. Very responsive host. The bad: No real AC. Unit was 80 degrees when I arrived. Fridge was broken and inoperable ."

"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process.
