"I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. "The reason we picked this hotel was because the expedia listing said it provided an airport shuttle. When we got to Boston and and called for the shuttle they said they do not provide an airport shuttle and we have to take a cab or uber. Everything else with this hotel (room, staff, food) was fine. But the false advertising made us make a false choice."

"Very strange set up with no stairs to be able to go upstairs. One of the group does I not like lifts so this was far from ideal for them. There were no waters in the room or gym. Very clean hotel and the breakfast was good."

"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. "We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. This is severely lacking for a five star property. We found a thank you card left in the room from a previous stay, clearly not meant for us.
