"Very disappointed that the elevator was broken when we arrived and still not repaired when we left 2 days later, During our stay there were no indications that anyone was attempting to repair it, just out of order notes on the doors. Carrying suitcases up and down 4 flights of stairs was not fun. I think the parking options could have also been explained a bit better as well."

We purchased a more expensive room that could sleep 4 specifically because it came with a reserved parking spot. We didn’t want to deal with lack of parking in the middle of Reykjavik. When we arrived a car was parked in our spot. We contacted management and they confirmed the spot was reserved (and ours) and suggested we should find the owner of the misparked vehicle and...

"The room is well-stocked, clean, and good for a family to stay for a bit. However, we had trouble getting a response from the host and didn't receive check-in details until 2 hours before the check-in time, and we had to rush back to change parking—they have parking available, which wasn't indicated on the listing."

The location was excellent, close to everything, and very convenient for exploring the city. "Stayed eight nights at Saga Studios and used it as our Reykjavik base the whole trip. While in town I was able walk to all the shops. Good place to stay if your keeping within the city."

"The owner emailed us the codes before we arrived which was nice. We were lucky as we had Apartment 1 which we only had a few steps down. Apartment is on a busy street so the crowds can be noisy. Good location. Thought it was over priced though. But then again most things seem to be expensive in Iceland! Also we took the flybus from airport. You can get your fly bus ticket at the airport. The walk from the stop to airport was less than 5 minutes"
