"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. Shower gel and soap provided. Also washing up supplies. Large Coop...

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."
