"The hotel is staffed well, always very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony offers exquisite view of the ocean. Having access to the club lounge is fantastic, providing convenience for breakfast/snacks and drinks all day! Pools and beach area are very clean with lifeguards monitoring. Spa is serene and relaxing. Food quality is also top notch at the restaurants on site. Overall excellent experience!"

"I had excellent experience at this hotel, my room facing ocean and loved to see the airplane landing from my room. Also there stuffs was friendly and really helpful with everything. I was thinking about getting hotel at or near kokusai dori, but I think I made best choice for my trip to Okinawa taking mom, and she really enjoyed the stay, I recommend this hotel for Okinawa visit"

"The laundry did not dry our clothes properly. The offer for massage was to be in our room which we thought that was quite strange. Staff were unable to confirm this clearly in the beginning. Other than that, it was quiet and clean."

"Stayed for 5 days and I had the best time ..everyone there were polite ,helpful and cheerful. The room was just perfect size for me . It was very clean and well maintained..loved the shower as the water force was great.. the tub size was good toobreakfast buffet was very delicious and healthy..they even let you carry out coffee."
