"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice.
No wifi
TV that only allows playback via devices
Made for very lonely evenings.
Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day.
Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

"My stay at this hostel was fantastic! Highly recommend.
I booked a private room and it was perfectly spotless, felt quite clean, was well designed and felt like a boutique hotel. The front desk service was great, and easy to ask questions regarding train times through WhatsApp, and they even accommodated check out an hour earlier so I could do a morning surf lesson and wash up without rushing.
The location was also perfect, and within easy walking distance of the beach, beach clubs, and good...

"Really friendly guest house! Everything you need for a budget holiday. We had a great time there , AC and fan in the sleeping room and great breakfast. 2 or 3 minutes walking to Mirissa beach . Nice cooking lesson and lots of smiles everyday.
