"Access to the property is through a key code, it took me 6 goes to gain access via the door key pad system. The system only responds in Chinese which for me was not helpful at all, as I could not work out why the code was not working. I was told where my room was, on the 3rd floor (1st floor being the ground floor) and that there would be a key in the door lock, there wasn't and the door was locked. "The facility was dirty, not well kept, and old! Staffs weren’t helpful at all! I’ve already paid everything up front and still ended up being charged extra after I had checked out of my room! Never again would I even consider staying here! When I checked out the staff up front did not even asked for my room number or even offered to print out my final check out receipt! "We booked one night over the weekend and we got a message on Wednesday evening saying the hotel could not accommodate us. We’ve been trying to contact the hotel to issue the refund and reached out to the expedia team and they’ve sent a request to process the refund but the hotel doesn’t not answer nor do they respond. We ended up having to pay more for the last minute change for our weekend and this was no ideal and very inconvenient."
